2023 nc state Championship

There were 176 Registered shooters at this year's State Championship, with 168 participating on 11 posses.

We were blessed to have all 4 seasons represented each day, with no rain.

• In the Morning we had Winter with temps in the 30s and 40s
• By Noon we had Spring with the temps in the upper 40s and 50s
• The Afternoon brought Summer with big orange in the clear blue sky and temps reaching the 70s
• By Evening, Fall was in the air and the jackets came back out.

Friday concluded with a Pig Out BBQ at the Range with music provided by the Cockman Family (2023  inductee into the The Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame) and a special Cowboy Church with Lash Toru.

Saturday concluded with a maximum capacity awards banquet at the Rowan County History Museum.
